1) Right-click on the shortcut  or thing that you want its icon to be changed
2) Select the Properties command there
3) Press "Change Icon..." button
4) Select new icon there (find location where you download and put it)

You will have to wait for someone to answer that question.... It might take time sometimes it was being answer very quickly....

Sometimes, i used yahoo answer to know the title of song that i litsen to game in playstation 2.... i record and upload it...then i give link for they to download and identify that song.... Usually korean and japanese song...
