Speeding Up Your Torrent

Perhaps you're one of the p2p (peer to peer) software such as torrent, bitcommet, ares or limewire. You might wonder why your download speed is very-very slow!!! (-_-)

Well here i'll tell you the reason why your download speed is slow and give tips on how to get a better download speeds. (Bear in mind that your isp(internet service provider) speed also affect your download).

Hurm..... There are several reason why your download is slow. Here are some of it :

1) Too much parallel download. (download more than one at a time)

2) You are not only download things from torrent but also perform a direct download (using IDM, orbit or what ever direct download).

3) Seeding to others.

4) Your choosen torrent files has such a few number of seeder and but more leechers.

5) Got a few ports open for download.

Ways To overcome:

1) Setting up your torrent speed to the maximum. Here the steps.

       (i) Open torrent software and choose option. Choose Preference.

       (ii) set the value exactly like shown above.

 2) Now choosing the best torrent files. Always aware on choosing your to be downloaded torrent files. You must choose the one with more number of seeders and less leechers. where to see it? Ok let say you use thepiratebay.org

3) Now when download your must set your download priorty. Like this step.

 Now Your can enjoy your download to the maximum limit. Ha3 mine? not fast la it just up to 120kb/s since my isp in malaysia is not that fast.... lol (n_n)
 

How to Format Your Pen Drive

Dude..... We often use pen drive when we want to copy or transfer files to out friend or teacher. However, sometimes our pen drive had been invaded by tonnes of viruses. Want to know why???

Possible Reason Why virus attack our thumb drive :

1) Perhaps the virus comes from other computer.

2) We did'nt scan the pen drive each time we plug it into our usb port.

3) Putting too much "cracked" or "patching" for pirated software.

Ha3 don't worry perhpas you want your pen drive be be like a new one. I meant the inside can be like new one but not the outside ha3.

Here the steps guys :

1) Open My computer.

2) Right click removable drive and select and format the drive. Then scan and fixes all errors. So all the bad sectors are fixed and my drive has become all new and is working well now.

In the File System drop down, you will see FAT and FAT32. So which one to select?

If you right click Removable Drive >Properties

The General Properties of the USB drive reveals it is FAT, so I use FAT in the format utility. Then just select “Quick Format” and “Start” and all data will be deleted and hopefully all errors are now gone.

Watching Downloaded youtube video

Well, After download the video. You must know the nature of the downloaded video format. It is ".flv" format.

Hence we can play it using several player.

I bet almost everyone right now already know how to download a youtube video. Well, i do believe some still have problem in it. So i'll guide you how to download youtube video.

Well, there are a lot of method to download video via youtube. Let we go method via method. Shall we proceed.

1. Via Browser (work on firefox only).

• Step 1 Make sure you have installed Web Video Downloader for Firefox correctly.
  After installation, you can let the icon of the software show on the tool bar. It's more convenient to open the sidebar of the software by clicking on its icon.
  
  
   
• Step 2 Click the icon of the software on Firefox tool bar to open the sidebar. You can also choose "Tools -> Web Video Downloader" to open the sidebar.
  
  
   
• Step 3 Check the option: "Video capture notification". And then open the page containing the video you want to capture and download. Then "Video Capture" dialogue would pop up if the program detects any Flash video. Click "OK" to start downloading.
  
  
  
  
  Click "Cancel" to cancel downloading. Then if you want to restore downloading, right-click the file in the sidebar and choose "Download...".

A new start

Well everyone, nice to meet you in this virtual world or in laymen term "cyber world". Well, i'm not very PRO in computer but i do have knowledge and make some research in the internet about computer. So basically, this blog is about sharing my ideas to you guys about computer.
